Brandon and Santa. Andrew refused to go anywhere near him.
Brandon claiming he couldn't think of anything he wanted for Christmas.
The zoo is decked out in Christmas lights...kind of like the cactus garden in Vegas. They had a lot of the pathways roped off but we still walked around in the freezing (for us Vegas/South Carolina people) cold for a while.
We had to stop and milk cold water out of the fake cow.
The lights were pretty darn cool
The zoo and the museum are places I DO NOT want to go to after dark. It was pretty spooky not knowing if the animals were in their little houses or if they were right there and we just couldn't see them. We were convinced that they were all put away when we spotted a zebra...then some ostriches...then the elephants. This one was so close. It was trying to shake hands with Joseph.
Hailey was there and happy.
We stopped by Santa on the way out. Andrew decided he could go up. He just kept staring at Santa's beard and making weird faces. Brandon was annoyed that Santa asked him what he wanted again. He said, "I already told you the first time." But Brandon had no problem repeating the list again and adding more things. I was getting annoyed that Santa kept saying, "And what else do you want?" Come on, Santa! One or two is enough!

It looks like everyone finally made friends with Santa. Did they tell him he would have to search for them on Christmas Eve?
